Terms and Conditions Winbox – Guide Malaysia Users

By registering an account, logging in, or using any services provided by the winbox platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and winbox regarding use of the platform. No other oral or written agreement outside this document may override or alter the terms stated herein, except with official written approval from winbox management.

The winbox platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. winbox reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to confirm compliance with these terms.

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list.
• Registering from a region where access to this platform is not prohibited by local law.
• Has never held a winbox account that was closed or suspended due to a terms violation.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Duplicate accounts found will be closed and any associated bonuses or wins will be cancelled without compensation.

• Information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The registered full name, phone number, and banking details must match a valid government-issued identification document.
• Account passwords are the personal responsibility of the user. winbox is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of their password.
• Users are required to update their account information whenever there are changes to their personal or banking details.
• Winbox reserves the right to request supporting documents (MyKad, utility bill, bank statement) for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

Winbox supports a variety of safe and instant deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within the specified timeframe.

• All deposits must originate from an account registered in the name of the same winbox member.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• Winbox does not charge any fees for the deposit process.

Winbox processes withdrawals quickly and transparently. Withdrawals to local bank accounts are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes after the request is approved.

• The bank account used for withdrawals must be in the same name as the registered winbox account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• Winbox reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold until an investigation is complete if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Any bonus that has not met wagering requirements cannot be included in a withdrawal.
• Failed withdrawals due to incorrect bank details will be returned to the user's account balance.

All bonuses and promotions offered by winbox are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on each promotional offer.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new user.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in cancellation of all related bonuses and wins.
• Winbox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly exchanged for cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• Different games may contribute varying percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements.

All winbox users are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, honesty, and responsibility on the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt winbox systems and infrastructure.
• Use of financial transactions linked to illegal activities or money laundering.
• Submitting false information or fraudulent documents to winbox.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward winbox support staff.

Users may close their winbox account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered bank account.

Winbox reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Requests from competent authorities or regulatory bodies.

The winbox platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, winbox cannot guarantee 100% platform availability at all times.

• Winbox is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, server failures, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Game results that have been settled and confirmed are final and cannot be disputed.
• Winbox is not liable for any losses resulting from the use of a user's account by an unauthorised party.

Winbox takes the protection of users' personal data seriously. All information collected is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, and legal compliance. Your data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be shared with any third party without your consent or legal obligation.
